If the string lasted it would be great...

I purchased two of these, one for me and one for my niece as a gift. It's a nice bracelet, it is actually made of football leather, and the little marble football used to tie the two ends together is the perfective touch. The only problem is that the strings used to tie and close the bracelet are flimsy and stretch before ultimately breaking. I took great care with mine, but it broke in under two weeks. The string with the loop that goes around the football snapped open. It was out of the question to re-tie the knot so that the bracelet could be worn. The same thing happened with the one I purchased my niece. Both lasted less than a month. Now they are sitting in a drawer. The idea is great, the cause is good, it's a neat gift for any football fan, but the execution was lacking. If it tied closed differently, it would be a five star product.
